Key Lessons As Police Arrests 7 Africans In Dubai After Crime Video Goes Viral

A group of seven yet-to-be-identified young African men has landed themselves into hit waters in the United Arab Emirates, as they were all recently arrested by the Dubai Police following an alleged heated argument late at night in their apartment.

According to reports, a criminal case was registered against them after a video of them fighting and damaging properties in a public place went viral on social media platforms.

The Dubai Police reportedly warns against such unacceptable behavior and constantly urges the community members to report such through ‘Police Eye Service’ on the Dubai Police app or by calling the emergency hotline.

The men are reportedly all of the African descent, and they will be referred to the public prosecution for further action.

A group of seven yet-to-be-identified young African men were all recently arrested by the Dubai Police following an alleged heated argument late at night in their apartment.

Dubai authorities also reportedly warn the public against “publishing or forwarding clips to avoid legal accountability according to article 52 of the UAE Federal Law No 34 of 2021 on countering Rumors and Cybercrimes.”

According to their law: “Whoever uses the information network to announce, disseminate, re-disseminate, circulate, or recirculate news or data, or broadcasts any provocative news that would incite or provoke public opinion, disturb the public peace, spread terror among people, or cause harm to the public interest, the national economy, the public order, or the public health shall be punished with at least one year of imprisonment and a fine of not less than Dh100,000.”

These men not only fought and destroyed property in a public place, but they also somehow stupidly had it posted on social media!

They are now in more trouble than they ever bargained for, and their case holds an important lesson for everyone: Rules are rules, and they must be obeyed, whether in your native land or another country!

It is even more expedient and commonsensical to carefully note all the rules, laws, and regulations of any village, town, city, state, or country you’re visiting and diligently follow them consistently.

That way, you’ll be able to keep yourself out of trouble and abide peacefully for as long as you’re going to sojourn in that land.
